Effective APRIL 1, 2025, all email notifications from the OPS LENS™ PLATFORM will be disabled by default.
1. To ensure timely delivery of real-time notifications and emergency alerts, LENS™ Notification Alerts will be exclusively delivered through the OPS CONNECT™ MOBILE APP and desktop platform.
2. Users will have the option to continue receiving email notifications for LENS™ Alerts, but they must manually activate this feature through the LENS™ “User Experience Console” (UEC). To learn how to modify your notification settings, please refer to the OPS LENS™ User Experience Console Learning Series video HERE.
3. Please note that OPS LENS™ desktop application “bell” notifications will continue to reflect the user’s mobile notification preferences.
4. “Critical Level” alerts will be delivered to both the mobile app and email regardless of user settings.
5. All users are advised to visit www.opsconnectapp.com to download the appropriate OPS CONNECT™ mobile app for iOS or Android on their preferred mobile device.
