When adding a LENS notification, users now have the option to choose “Luring” from the “Notification Type” dropdown. (see graphic below)

The New Jersey State Police – Missing Persons Unit is requesting all agencies and NJ Child Abduction Response Team “CART” Coordinators add and distribute all “Luring” matters via the LENS platform to the appropriate distribution area for the alert.
The NJSP – Missing Persons Unit will be tracking “Luring” incidents within the State of New Jersey via LENS and will be utilizing these notifications to assist statewide law enforcement agencies with these critical matters.
