Click the below image to download the OPS CONNECT™ APP ACCESS CARD to assist members arriving on-scene to any investigation, event, or operation who need access to the OPS CONNECT™ App. Once the app is installed, each user should log in using their active OPS credentials.
Users who do not yet have an OPS CONNECT™ account must request access through their agency’s OPS Master Administrator and cannot be added via another agency.
Law enforcement members who do not participate in OPS CONNECT™ or OPS LENS™ can only be added to an OPS-managed operation using the IMS|hub™ Guest feature, which provides limited access.
